Women On Mission Express
|
If you are a woman between the ages of 18-100 you are invited to participate in our Women On Mission Express group. Our mission is to plan and complete mission projects locally, nationally, and world-wide. We meet once a month at the church in room 12 on the third Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m. for one hour. We call ourselves the "express" group due to we are women who are very busy but are passionate about missions and want to share the love of Jesus with others through our mission work.
Some of the mission projects we have participated in are:

Operation Christmas Child

Providing food to Angel's Clinic volunteers/staff

Food Baskets for shut-ins

Flowers and visitation to widows, widowers, and shut-ins

Water purifier for third world countries

Financial assistance for families in crisis

Lap blankets for nursing home residents

Christmas gifts for nursing home residents

Mother-Daughter banquet

Friendship banquet
- Support student missionaries
